Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a Government-run organization that offers Fully Funded Scholarships in Singaporean Institutes for International students.

👨🎓Who can apply:
- The Scholarship is open for application to all international graduates (Bachelors and/or Masters) who are interested in PhD
- Good skills in written and spoken English.
- Good reports from academic referees.
- The submission of IELTS/TOEFL/SATI & II/GATE results is optional and may be requested later by the university for admission.

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration among the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), the Singapore Management University (SMU), and the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). It is a bond-free award offered to international students with excellent academic undergraduate and/or master's results, and strong interest in doing research leading to a doctorate (PhD) or an EngD in Science and Engineering at a Singapore University.
Interested students can choose to do PhD or EngD training at A*STAR research institutes, NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU or SIT. Upon successful completion, students are conferred a PhD or EngD degree by either NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU or SIT.
